SUMMARY The healthcare agency models meant to support the evolving industry no longer hold. To meet the shift, W2O group, a multi-national network of comms, PR, and ad agencies came to us to help re-imagine their position, business design and entire multi-level brand experience, as they grappled with a phase of high velocity market growth. We transformed them from a network of more than a dozen brands and products into Real Chemistry, a global health innovation company — signaling a watershed moment in their industry analogous to the evolution of Google to Alphabet. We paid special attention to their digital launch, crafting a specialty microsite, and a brand anthem video to propel the brand into the public eye at SXSW21.
